We will be immersing within ceremonies, sacred sites, sea swimming and sisterhood to further awaken our emerald rose hearts on sacred soil.
Ériu is the Irish name for Ireland which holds the living memory of Goddess Ériu. Goddess Ériu was one of the triple solar goddess’ that is the feminine guardian of Ireland. The land is awakening and she is calling her sophianic daughters home to retrieve and remember their lineages.
This sisterhood space will be a healing sanctuary to reconnect back to your lineages and lifetimes as a heart-led feminine wayshower. You will be held in a supportive sisterhood space to journey deeper into the feminine psyche to truly inhabit the heart and embody your holy inner wisdom and soft strength.

Coastal Cottage
This feminine healing pilgrimage will be held within some charming and traditional thatched cottages right in the heart of Ireland’s Ancient East. Our retreat cottages offer serene peaceful surroundings of large organic flower gardens and access to the beach. It is quite simply a tranquil spot to soften and slow down for moments of self-reflection and connection.
You may like to start your morning with a fresh sea dip or enjoy a warm tea in the gardens. There will be plenty of opportunities to potter, take a nap or read a book during your stay. There is a sea view sauna a short walk away from the cottage where we will enjoy a sauna and swim immersion during the retreat.
Ceremonies
Rachel will be sharing feminine healing ceremonies and multi-dimensional activations throughout the days on the Emerald Isle of Ireland.
Each ceremony with be a blend of quantum energy healing, sister sharing and bathing in crystalline sound. Many healing herbs, flowers and aromatic oils from the local land will be woven into each ceremony for anointing and ceremonial tea blends for connecting with the natural mother medicine within the land.
Rachel will be sharing some pieces around the Celtic triple solar sovereign goddesses such as St Brigid, Ériu and the MorrÍgan that are the original feminine spiritual guardians of Ireland. We will remember their wisdom, strength, medicine and stories that can greatly support the divine feminine collective on their spiritual purpose and path.
The ceremonies will be held within the organic flower gardens, beach and cottages with the sound of the sea cradling us.
Sacred Sites
Newgrange
We will be going on a journey to the temple of Newgrange which is a mysterious ancient womb temple which predates Stonehenge and Egyptian Pyramids. A sacred Celtic site that is in perfect celestial alignment to receive the first spark of solar light of sunrise at Winter Solstice. It is one of the Celtic sacred marriage sites that are spread over the Emerald Isle. We will follow the traces of the infinite spirals into the mysterious chambers.
Hill Of Tara
At the beating heart of Ireland you will find the Hill of Tara. An ancient ceremonial site for the crowning of the Celtic Kings. We will walk together over the emerald rolling slopes to remember the many tales of ancient Tara. We will take some time at Lia Fáil also known as the Stone of Destiny where the thin veil between worlds is palpable.
St Brigid’s Well
Visit one of Ireland most holy wells, a sacred sanctuary of devotion and celebration to Irelands most beloved female saints. For centuries pilgrims have been called to this very spot to surrender their heart prayers and receive strength from the spirit of St Brigid. You will feel the faith that has been woven into this water temple through the many photographs, ribbons, crosses woven from rushes that remain. In Ireland wells are known for sacred blessings, purifications, fertility and healing ancient grief. We will re-light the flame of fire and faith to resurrect and remember the ancient Swan priestess lineages of St Brigid.
Breathing with Horses
Horses were a central part of life within the Celtic culture, these majestic beings were far more than animals to the ancient Celts.
These sensitive beings were seen as bridges of the physical and spiritual worlds and were woven into ceremonies and sacred rites of passages. Horses were spiritual allies during spiritual transformation and daily life.
In Celtic tradition women were closely tied to the wild horses as symbols of sovereignty, wild grace and transformation. Horses held this natural ability to hold space for women to remember their wild grace, devotion and untamed spirit. They are mirrors of the human soul and guide us to deepen our trust with the quiet wisdom of the heart.
Nestled in the peaceful countryside there is a herd of horses that are present during unique breathwork guided journeys. Our guide will be taking us on a journey through poetry, storytelling and breath work alongside these sentient beings.
Nourishing Plant-Based Food
We will have the pleasure of having a nutritional therapist and local chef providing nourishing, vibrant and locally sourced ingredients.
Each meal will be a celebration of colour, health, creativity and be prepared to nourish mind, body and spirit. There will be a beautiful buffet style spreads that bring wholesome physical healing and will sustain our energy levels throughout our soul adventures.
You will feel the overflow of goodness and physical nourishment gifted from Mother Earth.

I offer multi-dimensional energy and womb healing alongside sharing crystalline sound ceremonies. Within my one-to-one healings and ceremonies I support women to restore their solar feminine lightbody architecture.
I hold space for women to remember their feminine softness, strength and oracle abilities. I have walked through many spiritual initiations on my path that have led me to holding space for women with crystalline womb healing and multi-dimensional feminine embodiment.
I facilitate healing containers that are spiritually held for women to de-armour and spiritually rise into their highest feminine embodiment. I specialise in crystalline womb healing to support the restoration of the holy mother within the womb, earth and waters.

You can fly into Dublin airport which is 20 minutes away from the cottages. There is often an opportunity to travel with other women that may be traveling from a similar area.
What’s not included:
~ travel costs to and from Ireland
~ additional activities, therapies, excursions and restaurant bills are not included
~ personal travel and medical insurance are the responsibility of each woman
~ there will be one lunch away from the accommodation which will not be included

All your dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances must be given at time of booking in order that they can be taken into account by our private chef.
