Crystalline Sound Bath

A sound bath is an ancient art and a restorative rest. A gentle way to bring healing, peace and joy into all corners of our lives. It aids us to feel lighter, bringing feelings of peace and trust for our paths ahead. Rachel weaves crystal healing and plant allies into her sound baths, creating a space for us to deeply rest and heal together.
Just bring yourself with an open heart, ready to rest and be soothed by sound.
Healing Ayurvedic Retreat Morning
Sunday 5th May at 10am – 1pm, The Chapel in East Ilsley
Join Rachel & Beth for a heart opening and restorative retreat infused with Ayurvedic wisdom.
Join us for an opportunity to rise, restore and create delicate space for yourself with gentle, heart centered yin yoga and crystalline sound.
We will be immersing ourselves in the scent of rose to practice Metta Bhavana together, a kindness and gratitude practice. Followed by sharing rose chai tea to bring a warmth through the heart space.
Our retreat will be held at the Chapel in East Ilsley which holds multitudes of light & charm.
An opportunity to restore within and bring layers of peace alongside the grounding wisdom of Ayurveda.

A ceremony for women for an evening of sisterhood, sacred connection and sharing.
An intimate space for self & sister connection. A gentle invitation to come as you are and be held in circle. To harmonise the waters that move through & within you. To gather to speak of the syncronicity within sisterhood. To invite in true sister support, collaboration, stories & sharing.
If this is your first time joining this circle, expect a sacred blend of opening of the space, sharing warm tea or cacao, a sharing circle if you wish to share, water anointing, heart alchemy, healing rituals to connect to your feminine essence & sweet treats.

A women’s water ceremony to harmonise the waters within and the water that ripples through us. A celebration of the element of water and the feminine waters within.

An intimate space for self and sister connection, heart alchemy, water anointing and to share of all things sacred to sisterhood.
If this is your first time joining this circle. You can expect warm tea, heart connection, light language and new supportive sisters.
A healing immersion into the mysteries of the heart.
To harmonise and bridge the heart and higher heart with the white flame and aquamarine rays of the mother. We will be working with the delicate and heart awakening stone, raw morganite to welcome a beautiful attunement to the higher heart.
An afternoon to be held with a crystalline sound bath with the alchemy singing bowls. A space for inner journeys and reflection with crystals, sound and plants.
