Sound healing is an ancient sonic practice that uses harmonic tones with musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body to journey into a meditative state. It welcomes feelings of contentment, raises our vibration and holds space for us to deeply relax and release at a cellular level.

Sound healing is a vibrational and sonic massage to restore and release within the emotional, mental and spiritual layers of our aura. The vibrational songs activates our bodies innate abilities to heal. Our ancestors practiced sound and vibration therapy to resonate with the body’s energy centers and meridians to support us to work in harmony with all aspects of our being.

The alchemy singing bowls are made of pure, ethically mined quartz blended with crystals, precious gemstones, minerals and metals. These sonic space holders help to motivate the body at a cellular level. Bringing inner harmony and balance to allow you to journey into a deep relaxation to welcome in waves of crystalline sound.

Rachel is a sound healer from Berkshire working alongside the heavenly and delicate vibrations of the crystalline singing bowls to bring much healing and awakening. The harmonic tones support the energy body expand in light and welcome in the celestial sound. Sound bathing brings feelings of warmth, contentment and compassion.

Each sound bath is bespoke, Rachel will bring together crystals, plant oils and flowers with intention for a memorable and healing sound journey. Rachel offers one – to – one sound baths and bespoke sound ceremonies for birthdays, celebrations and moments of connection.
