Sound healing is an ancient sonic practice that uses harmonic tones with musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body to journey into a meditative state. The ethereal tones of the singing bowls welcome feelings of contentment, ease and joy. Sound offers us a space to receive higher healing and release stagnant energy or inflammation within the body, heart and spirit. 

Sound healing is a vibrational and sonic massage to restore and release within the emotional, mental and spiritual layers of our aura. The vibrational songs activates our bodies innate abilities to heal. Our ancestors practiced sound and vibration therapy to resonate with the bodys energy centers and meridians to support us to work in harmony with all aspects of our being.

The alchemy singing bowls are made of pure, ethically mined quartz blended with crystals, precious gemstones, minerals and metals. These sonic space holders help to motivate the body at a cellular level. Bathing in sound brings inner harmony and balance to allow you to journey into higher dimensional states of consiousness by welcoming in the waves of crystalline sound.

Rachel is a crystalline sound healer from Berkshire working alongside the heavenly and delicate vibrations of the crystalline singing bowls to bring much healing and awakening. The harmonic tones support the energy body to expand in light and journey with the celestial sound. Sound bathing brings feelings of lightness, warmth, contentment and compassion.
